I was drawn way to much into the world of management speak when reading this book. I would have liked to see many more case studies and illustrations of how communication was improved.

This book is really for folks who lack social skills. There are a few things that are useful to beware of, but for the most part it is for those without social skills.

As someone who can be prone to "awkard social" skills, I was looking forward to reading the Whitcomb's book. I read the book on a kindle, but even then the length of it was not bad at all and its an easy read.
